The UltraScenceCLIA FemtoPlus Western Substrate is a highly sensitive chemiluminescent substrate designed for use in Western blotting applications. Engineered to provide enhanced signal amplification, this substrate is perfect for detecting low-abundance proteins in immunoblotting experiments, making it ideal for both basic research and clinical diagnostics.
Although this reaction produces rapid light emission, the luminescence duration is relatively short, which can compromise the stability and reproducibility of detection results. Research has demonstrated that the addition of one or more chemical enhancers can significantly boost the luminescent intensity and extend the duration of light emission.
Our specially formulated reagent not only effectively amplifies the luminescent signal but also substantially prolongs the luminescence time, resulting in more stable and reliable assay outcomes.
